![]() pmr files are not OS dependent and would work on either? Another thing is 2 drives on the sync network are Mac Journaled and the PC drive is exFAT. ![]() If I then delete the Mac files and rebuild the database then the PC won't work. If I delete them and launch avid to force an indexing on the PC then the Macs won't work. So the problem is now I have added a PC into the mix and things aren't working. I had this running for two years between two Mac systems and it worked perfectly, one editor could finish and save a project then five minutes later the other editor open it up and be in two different cities! Also could create the proxy MXF files and in a couple days the other editors drive would have them! So what I did was create a sync between all the editors and workstations Avid MediaFiles and Avid Projects folders. I run a syncing program called Resilio Sync and all it does is makes sure folders on different systems are updated over the internet to always be the same and most up to date. o uid=UID and -o gid=GID options, but accept Windows user and groups names.I have a pretty specific issue and I am doing something that might be a little unorthodox but I hope someone will be able to help me out. It seems that rclone always does a uid=-1, and i am not sure what -1 implies?īut i tried to add my own, not sure if i did it correctly uid=user01īut if i did override the uid correctly, why are there two of them, rclone's and mine? %rcmd% mount wasabieast2:handbrake01 b:\mount\mountx -vv -log-file=%logx% -vfs-cache-mode=writes -allow-other -option="uid=user01"Ħ 14:15:11 DEBUG : S3 bucket handbrake01: Mounting with options: I look at the command rclone uses to connect to winfsp ![]() Rclone mount -allow-other -dir-cache-time 72h -drive-chunk-size 64M -log-level INFO -vfs-read-chunk-size 32M -vfs-read-chunk-size-limit off media: X: -config C:\Users\Administrator\.config\rclone\nf -vfs-cache-mode writes -log-file C:\rclone\logs\rclone.log -log-level DEBUG -file-perms 0777 -allow-root -debug-fuse -fuse-flag -dĬan anyone point me in a direction to troubleshoot this further? I'm not seeing anything that is jumping out at seems that winfsp is compatible with windows acl. Instead, it relies on devices connected in peer-to-peer mode for the syncing process. I'm launching my mount with this command line. Unlike most of what we’ve covered here, Resilio Sync is not a cloud-based file syncing solution. Ive run into a problem that seems to affect larger files in particular. Ive recently started using BTSync and so far everything has been working fine. ![]() For each error in the sync log there is this in the rclone log. Im sure this has been addressed before, but my google skills are starting to wear thin while looking for an answer. I don't see anything obvious in the RClone logs. Resilio's logs report this error for each file: GetPathOnDiskByHandle failed, error - 1005 For some reason it's unable to scan the files. My solution was to install resilio on windows 10 and it is syncing as expected. It SAID it was done, but I would make changes to files several folders deep and it never updated it. I have a mount setup to GDrive on a Windows system.Įverything that needs access to the mount works, except Resilio sync. I determined this by simultaneously discovering that the Cloud Sync App I was using to sync to my google drive was also not properly syncing. I'm pretty new to RClone and I've run into an issue I cannot seem to get past. ![]()
